A. We prefer jpeg and png files. However it is sent needs to be very high quality for best results. We are happy to discuss your options with you at info@launchsports.au.

Q. What do you do with the photo once you receive it?

A. We edit and tidy up the image and remove any background - please try and ensure you supply a great image for best results

Q. Which Launch Sports panels can I customise with my own club colours?

A. If the Launch panel has a (C) next to it then it can be customised to your club colours

Q. Can I order multiple LAUNCH panels for entire teams/clubs and is there a discount?

A. $10 including tracking. Pay only $10 tracked shipping for any size order.

A. We make the panels within 2 business days and post but postage is out of our control. If you need Express Shipping contact us info@launchsports.au

Q. We are a Club are there any discounts or cash back to the Club if we order?

A. Yes we offer free postage and 10% cash back on larger orders to help your Club with fundraising - contact us to discuss in more detail info@launchsports.au

Q. Can I make orders in the future using existing photos?

A. No unfortunately you would need to resend the photos for printing. All photographs are deleted once the artwork is complete

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. No unfortunately this is a personalised product and no returns are accepted. If you are unhappy with the product in some way we will look into this for you - we love a happy customer and offer excellent customer service!

Q. Can I trust my photographs are safe?

A. Yes. We have a strict policy on accepting the photo to printing then deletion of images. The team here have working with children checks
